As a Manager for Talent Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's talent strategy. You will be responsible for managing various talent programs aimed at addressing business needs while fostering a robust talent pipeline. Your role will involve talent development and talent management initiatives that enhance employee engagement and wellness levels. What you'll do:

  • Execute, monitor, and review the Group’s talent strategy with a focus on talent management and development, culture and engagement.
  • Manage and review talent programs to address business needs and establish a healthy talent pipeline.
  • Develop and implement high-impact initiatives to improve overall employee engagement and wellness level.
  • Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management and employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Psychology or related disciplines.
  • At least 7-8 years of experience in talent management, talent development and staff engagement aspects.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills and project management skills with experience in designing and delivering high-impact programs.
  • Knowledge of market trends, best practices, and innovative programs/initiatives.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, self-driven individual.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Candidates with a background in learning and development, who have the potential for further growth and development, will also be considered.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager position
