About the role

As a Talent Development Manager, you will develop and execute the planning of talent strategy for talent management, culture and employee enagegement

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor and evaluate the talent strategy of organization, focusing on talent management and employee engagement
• Oversee and assess talent programs to meet business needs and establish a robust talent pipeline
• Drive employee engagement and well-being through impactful staff activities
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management
• Create insightful management report through data analysis
• Gather feedback from key stakeholders for continuous improvement
• Coach the team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in talent management, employee engagement and wellness program areas
• Strong in communication, project management, delivering impactul programs and stakeholder management
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive and detail-minded
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent command in written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
