Job Description - Team Admin Officer

Excellent opportunity to work for a global manufacture as a Team Admin Officer. Business level English is required.

Position: Team Admin Officer 

Salary: HKD22,000-25,000/month 

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the team members (13 people) to communicate with their Singapore and Malaysia offices. 
  • Assist with consolidating data by coordinating between APAC regional offices. 
  • Handle invoice payment and inter-company charges accurately and timely manner. 
  • Assist in budget planning and cost monitoring including forecast and expenses tracking. 
  • Communicate between the internal team and other departments to facilitate business operation. 
  • Assist in editing some documents and PowerPoint presentation.
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support such as booking air tickets, rent-a-car, communicating other team (Malaysia / Singapore office) to schedule meetings (online/on-site in Hong Kong), handle reimbursement.
  • Handle shipping and equipment purchase. 
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assinged (eg. Team events) 


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree diploma preferred.
  • No degree holder is also welcome. 
  • +2 years experience as a secretary, an admin or a team support. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork, coordination skills.
  • Business level in English and Cantonese (speaking/writing).
