Job Description - Team Secretary/Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • performing all-rounded team support administrative duties to Institutional Sales Team
  • coordinating meetings e.g. logistics, agenda creation, meeting minutes
  • preparing correspondences, memoranda and reports
  • scheduling and maintaining calendar 
  • assisting in printing and binding 
  • assisting with ad-hoc tasks

Key Skills

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of secretarial experience from financial services. A Diploma or equivalent would be an added advantage. Good command of English and Chinese required.
