Responsibilities
1. Build a technical operation team and be responsible for the stability of product online services 2. Establish a technical operation system, complete the closed loop of online problems and accidents, and promote product optimization 3. Systematic quality optimization ideas, identify deep-seated pain points of the business, and coordinate problem solving across teams 4. Promote the construction and implementation of tool platforms to help improve team efficiency 5. Create a good technical atmosphere for the team, lead the team's technological progress, and maintain smooth cooperation and co-construction with surrounding teams.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related major, more than 5 years of work experience 2. More than 2 years of technical operation experience experience in team building or team management of more than 5 people 3. Experience in cross-team process building, complex quality project construction, and tool platform construction. Candidates with tool development and quality middle-end team management experience are preferred 4. Good communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to achieve goals with multiple teams.
