Roles & Responsibilities
1. For Tencent Responsible for the functional planning, demand promotion, and promotion coverage of relevant modules of the advertising service provider system
2. Functional planning: In-depth understanding and analysis of the daily work processes of each role of the service provider, with the purpose of improving service provider efficiency and effect revenue. Combined with the channel operation strategy, comprehensively plan each module of the product, formulate clear stage goals and identify key improvement indicators
3. Demand promotion: guided by goals and indicators, confirm the product MVP model, integrate business and production and research resources, Reasonably set priorities and milestones, actively cooperate with project advancement, ensure rapid product implementation and verification, and promptly adjust follow-up planning directions
4. Promotion coverage: Integrate operations and product capabilities, summarize, precipitate, and output product promotion plans, and Link the channel sales and operations teams to carry out promotion and coverage at channel service providers.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than two years of work experience in Internet product operations, product planning or business analysis
2. Familiar with relevant knowledge of performance advertising and commercialization , it is best if you have project experience related to service provider management system/advertising risk control products/customer service products
3. Have strong logical thinking, data analysis, project management, cross-team communication skills, and the ability to withstand pressure and responsibility Heart.
