Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge (PEAK) is one of the member institutions of the Vocational Training Council responsible for the provision of in-service training and professional examination services. More than 200 major companies have utilised its corporate training services.
Major Duties :
(a)To provide administrative support to the initiatives under the Government-funded project;
(b)To maintain close communication with stakeholders both internal parties and external partners to ensure smooth implementation and execution of the initiatives under the Government-funded project;
(c)To develop and execute marketing and promotion campaign across various channels, including events, digital platforms and social media for the initiatives under the Government-funded project; and
(d)To prepare and develop promotional contents for the marketing materials and manage the social media account.
Requirements :
(a)A recognised degree or equivalent;
(b)At least 2 years’ relevant work experience in administration and project management;
(c)High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua will be advantageous;
(d)Detail-minded, organised, able to work independently and under pressure; and
(e)Good interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Note s :
(1)Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply.
(2)Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a written assessment.
(3)The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and/or outside campus.
