RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages, and cocktail with mixed ingredients
• Ensure that all food & beverages service are provided in an efficient and pleasant manner in order to guarantee our guests with enjoyable and pleasant experience
• Perform stock take and monitor the inventory level of liquor, wine, spirits and bar related supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor the cleanliness & tidiness of the bar and front area to ensure full compliance to the safety and sanitary requirements.

 

REQUIRMENTS:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in creating new cocktails with the use of new products / ingredients
• Interacting with our guests & passionate about guest service 
• Team player, outgoing, confident and dynamic personality with positive mindset
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
• Working Location: Central
