Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the establishment of the live VIP user operation system, lead the team to formulate refined operation strategies, and be responsible for the continuous activity and payment of users 2. Have a deep understanding of live VIP users, and formulate service rights acquisition standards based on the service chain 3. Analyze the payment trends of VIP users, formulate privilege content for paying users, and enhance user payment experience 4. Based on VIP service pain points and core demands, formulate solutions and promote service optimization.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of user/product operation experience, experience in live broadcast and game major customer operation management is preferred 2. Familiar with live broadcast gameplay and ecology, deep understanding of live broadcast product logic, familiar with mainstream live broadcast product operation strategies 3. Have strong service awareness and skills, can accurately control user psychology, analyze user's deep needs 4. Clear logic, goal orientation, strong execution, flexible operation methods.
