1. Responsible for the strategy and follow-up of the sports and outdoor industries/business circles, discover industry problems based on data analysis, provide solutions and implement them 2. Merchant operation and growth: conduct store diagnosis based on data and communicate with merchants, communicate with merchants for improvements based on problems, activate merchant potential, and improve merchants' goods, brand resources, and operational capabilities 3. Daily operation monitoring and communication of KA merchants: discover store problems through store inspections, provide improvement suggestions and follow up inspections responsible for the annual planning of key merchants, monthly and quarterly performance meetings, weekly data analysis and improvement plans 4. Promotion of key industry projects: Responsible for data tracking of TOP products in the category, analyzing data from the perspective of traffic, conversion, and customer orders to find problems, and providing improvement plans from the aspects of quality, selection, price, inventory, search, marketing, and traffic, and follow up on the execution of merchants 5. Daily data operation and marketing activity support, cross-BU coordination and communication, and serve business needs 6. Reverse investment promotion for well-known missing brands, negotiate cooperation, and follow up on the entry process 7. Docking of other merchant services: transmission of important information and notifications, maintenance of Meow Meow, and collection of merchant needs. ,1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 4 years of work experience 2. Familiar with the online and offline channels and operation business of sports and outdoor brand companies, with a background in sports goods and clothing industry preferred 3. Have business negotiation experience, supplier management experience, rich experience in inventory management, familiar with Internet marketing e-commerce platform or company operation experience is preferred 4.
