Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the product operation of ByteDance's Toutiao graphic content monetization 2. Formulate content growth and transaction improvement strategies based on business revenue growth targets, initiate projects, propose mvp tests and implement them, including aigc, mcn, activities, etc. Implementation of the direction 3. Collect data based on user feedback and observe the direction of business model iteration, and promote relevant improvement strategies to improve user experience 4. Explore new growth opportunities through industry research and internal data insights.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of work experience is preferred, and experience in operating Internet content products is preferred 2. Have good experience Data analysis and business analysis skills, proficiency in using excel/SQL/python will be a plus 3.
