Training Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team in monitoring and managing the overall training cycle, including the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of training programs;
• Ensure the effectiveness of training activities and processes in achieving organizational learning objectives;
• Monitor the development of e-Learning platforms and other related projects, and provide support to ensure their success;
• Provide training administrative support to various training initiatives and programs;
• Implement appropriate training solutions to achieve service excellence;
• Design, develop and deliver training programs to enhance the knowledge, skills and service standards of staff
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Degree holder in relevant disciplines
• At least 6 years' solid experience in training and development gained from sizable companies
• A good team player with the ability to maintain cohesive work relationship with internal stakeholders
• Hands-on experience in learning technology solutions such as Webinar software, mobile apps, off-the-shelf e-Learning and Learning Management System (LMS)
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Well-versed in MS Office, preferable with good knowledge in e-Learning systems
