Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the plot animation performance and Previz design in the game cooperate with the director to control and improve the closed-loop cutscene effects, lenses, and animation quality
2. Be sensitive to film-level animation performances including action, face filling, rhythm, etc., have sufficient professional guidance and judgment, can independently complete modification and debugging, and have a rich understanding and processing ability of action design and picture tension
3. IGC Pipeline (real-time animation pipeline) operation full process follow-up: layout, motion capture (virtual shooting in the studio, post-production data follow-up), UE engine post-production Ingame multi-link effect joint debugging quality improvement pipeline stability maintenance internal and external production pipeline construction and closed loop
4. Have rich experience in multi-location and multi-person cooperation mode.
Qualifications
1. Love games, have a high creative enthusiasm for plot performances have more than five years of experience as a 3D animator in the film, television, animation or game industry
2. Have independent creative design of previz, can complete the previz early creativity in a closed loop, have rich product production experience in plot and narrative, and have experience in internal and external mass production pipeline follow-up & coordination
3. In the design of character emotional expression and fighting action guidance animation, have strong hand K ability, and have rich understanding and control of animation processing such as body dynamic rhythm card points, micro-expression modification, Pose tension, silhouette modeling, etc.
4. Have a good understanding and expression ability of lens language and narrative. Those with screenwriter or director experience are preferred
5. Required tool skills: UE5 sequencer, Maya/Motion Builder, Metahuman Animator, Fcaegood, UE Animation blueprint, virtual shooting
6. Professional communication skills in both Chinese and English, and can express and communicate well in an English environment.
