Uniform Services Officer

Reports to:  Assistant Manager Uniform Services

Department: ISD - Inflight Services Delivery 

The position is responsible for the daily operation of Uniform Store, to ensure the Uniform Store operates smoothly and effectively, and correct uniform items are delivered to all uniform wearers in timely manner.

The position also provides assistance to Inflight Operations Standards Manager & Assistant Manager Uniform Services in supporting the administrative work on inventory management, uniform supplier management, related tasks on uniform and professional image and ad hoc projects. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Assist in managing the uniform inventory and generating inventory reports for consumption analysis.
• Provide administrative support to the managers in inventory management, uniform supplier management, uniform tender, quality control, related tasks on uniform and professional image, and ad hoc projects.
• Assist in manning the uniform counter for uniform distribution.
• Assist in running the uniform store smoothly and effectively by ensuring optimal stock is kept at stores for distribution.
• Provide uniform services to all uniform wearers efficiently and in timely manner.

Requirements  

• 1-2 years of relevant working experiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Words, Excel and PowerPoint, and inventory management systems.
• Good command in written and oral communications skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese).
• Self-awareness of operational and financial factors that contribute team performance.
• Set high standards for the delivery of quality customer service, providing professional, reliable, personable and consistent service.
• A good team player who works collaboratively with others.
• Understand team goals and own role in contributing to their achievement.
