Responsibilities
1. Responsible for designing and establishing a customer experience evaluation system for used car business, including C-end customer experience and B-end customer experience, formulating evaluation indicators and standards for various products and services, establishing an information collection and analysis mechanism, linking product departments, and periodically outputting objective and comprehensive evaluation results 2. Designing scientific and objective customer experience evaluation plans for key business products and functions, organizing user and merchant surveys, benchmarking with competing products in the industry, and outputting experience evaluation documents 3. Responsible for improving the NPS of users and merchants in the used car business, summarizing the experience problems found after evaluation, proposing solutions and optimization plans, and urging the business and product departments to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in user experience, with working experience in consulting companies, market research companies, and strategic business departments preferred 2. Have good user thinking and product awareness, and find problems from the user's perspective 3. Excellent information collection, good communication and coordination skills, data analysis, and report writing skills 4. Have data analysis skills, be sensitive to data, have clear logic, be able to gain insight into the business from the data, find problems through logical calculations, and produce business optimization plans.
