User Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Management and analysis of daily exchange data, including user data and activity data;
• Exchange operation strategy output, including user activity and retention, user stratification and rate management and other operational strategies, to increase business volume;
• Establish and analyze user portraits, provide strategic support for user-side operations, optimize product experience, and manage the entire user life cycle;
• Formulate exchange activities to improve user activity, retention, conversion and other data
• Manage the middle and back-end systems of the exchange, review trading regularly and analyze data;

 

Job requirements

• Cryptocurrency or stock exchange, experience related to operational growth is preferred;
• Sensitive to data, with strong data analysis capabilities, and good at data-driven operations;
• Strong execution ability, patience, and serious and responsible attitude toward work;
• Good at team internal and external coordination, strong self-drive and execution ability;
• Fluent in communicating in Chinese and English, with strong English copywriting skills
