Video Product Legal Affairs

Responsibilities

1. Support the legal compliance work related to Douyin's operation business, be responsible for the legal compliance assessment of related product functions and operational activities, provide complete legal analysis and feasible optimization suggestions, and provide comprehensive legal support for business development 2. Be responsible for the drafting, review and modification of contracts and other legal documents related to the business, participate in important project business negotiations and contract-related dispute resolution 3. Combined with business development/changes, policies and regulations in related fields and judicial dynamics, output legal compliance-related guidance and risk prevention and control measures, and carry out effective legal risk prevention and control for the supported business lines 4. Responsible for other daily legal consultations with business departments, and regularly conduct legal knowledge training for business departments.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above in law, passed the judicial examination, with solid legal theory foundation, excellent logical thinking and analytical ability 2. 5 years or more of legal work experience 3. Possess excellent project management and communication skills, be able to think from other people's perspectives, communicate flexibly and be good at handling cross-business or departmental collaborative work 4. Strong self-drive, sense of responsibility and ability to draw inferences from one example, be proactive at work, be willing to learn new things, and bravely accept changes and challenges.
