Job Description:

• Check arrival of products to warehouse - document what comes in, inspect the products and match the products with the order numbers
• Contact customers regarding arrival of products
• Deal with customer sales, customer support & customer after service
• Prepare documents including shipping notes, packing slips, sales receipts, invoices, quotations
• Prepare products for dispatch
• Work alongside Administration manager and manage warehouse assistants. Must be able to comfortably lift and move at least 10kg
• Prepare graphic materials 

Requirements:

• Proficient to Fluent in reading, writing & speaking English (confidence in spoken English)
• Proficient to Fluent in reading, writing & speaking Cantonese (ability to read basic Chinese) 
• Basic to intermediate proficient in speaking Mandarin is a plus
• Friendly, charismatic, patient
• Backgrounds in all professions are welcome (great if you have backgrounds in art, painting, model making, design, fashion, graphic design, interior design, Photoshop, Illustrator or any hands on skills)
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Immediate available preferred
