Warehouse Manager / Assistant Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the warehouse team to ensure the safe, clean and efficient operation of the warehouse
• Provide suggestion and improvement plan
• Keep track of daily logistic operation efficiency
• Work with Stakeholder to ensure smooth inventory movement and manage Inventory Control Team
• Stock control to manage distribution services for stores in all division
• Oversee the daily manpower allocation and work assignment; make adjustment to staff allocation where necessary
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
• Improve productivity, accuracy, and timeliness target
• Perform any other duties as directed by management

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines
• At least 4 years related working experience; and prior experience in a management role, preferably with Inventory Control experience
• Detail-minded, self-motivated, and good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage and achieve deadline
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Chinese
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese 
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Warehouse Manager
