Warehouse Operation Administrator

Job description:

• Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, such as logistics/clerical works, maintaining the material database for the team, and offering general clerical support
• Perform multiple tasks to provide operations and documentation support, such as license/ certification records, daily schedule for operations, payment transactions
• Follow up on the completed orders and ensure all documents and photos are filed and saved in orderly
• Manage tools and equipment repair and maintenance
• Ensure & inspect the warehouse in good hygiene environment
• Provide good customer service with internal and external parties
• Administrative skills in customer services and operations and ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above degree in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years working experience in warehouse administration is preferred
• Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently also a good team player
• Proficient in MS office software, including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Good of general PC skills
