集团财务经理 Group Finance Manager

工作职责 Job responsibilities: - 管理和优化日常会计业务，包括现金和支出管理，管理每月会计结算并准备财务报表。
- 管理各银行关系，融资以及基金其他相关工作。
- 监督香港和离岸各公司，基金以及中国大陆子公司的年度审计和纳税申报表。
- 准备财务分析、财务规划和预测，包括每日和每月的费用和现金流报告。
- 参与构建可靠的内部控制并加强监管合规性，以保护公司资产并提高运营的有效性和效率。
- 为开发新业务项目提供技术评估、稅务合规评估，其它建议和咨询。
- 其他需要的临时任务。
- Manage and streamline daily accounting operations including cash and disbursement management and manage monthly accounting closings and prepare financial statements.
- Manage bank and funds relations as well as treasury related works.
- Oversee annual audits and tax returns for Hong Kong and offshore companies as well as subsidiaries in mainland China.
- Prepare financial analysis, financial planning and forecasts including daily and monthly expense and cash flow reports.
- Participate in constructing reliable internal control and strengthening regulatory compliance to safeguard company’s assets and improve effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
- Render technical assessments, taxadvice, and counsel for developing new business projects.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required. 任职要求 Job requirements: - 五年以上香港金融公司/投资公司财务管理经验。有会计或财务经理经验者优先。
- 大学会计，财务或相关专业毕业，CPA优先。
- 精通公司日常会计业务，月度结账，资金管理和银行对接和融资工作。
- 具有良好的财务分析能力，编制财务报告能力和解决问题能力。做事认真负责，有高度责任心和使命感
- More than five years of financial management experience in Hong Kong financial companies/investment companies. Applicants with accounting or financial manager experience are preferred.
- Graduated from university in accounting, finance or related majors, CPA perferred.
- Proficient in the company's daily accounting business, monthly settlement, fund management and bank reconciliation.
- Have good financial analysis ability, able to prepare financial reports and solve problems. Work seriously and responsibly, with a high sense of responsibility. ***请提供中/英文履历表及期望薪酬***
