Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for 3A Level design and production of shooting terminal games, including overall planning, white box construction, follow-up level production and final quality control
2. Output planning documents according to gameplay rules and follow up on function implementation, and continuously optimize the level pipeline, Improve production efficiency and quality
3. Be responsible for the final experience of the level. The level must meet the design purpose and positioning requirements, and the experience and data such as rhythm, intensity, duration, and playability meet established expectations
4. Pay attention to player feedback, user research and product testing performance, and formulate subsequent optimization plans based on analyzed data.
Qualifications
More than 1.3 years of experience in shooting game level design, familiar with the game production process, led game level design, able to clearly articulate the design ideas and positioning
2. Have the ability to use various Experience in producing levels and related content using game engines (Unity, Unreal, Source, etc.)
3. Have a deep understanding of level design methods for multiplayer shooting games and have excellent problem-solving skills
4 .Possess good teamwork spirit, excellent communication skills, positive work attitude and high professionalism
5. Applicants with complete shooting game project development experience will be given priority.
