• Professional railway engineering consulting firm in Asia Pacific region
• We are looking for Admin Officer / Senior Admin Officer (2 vacancies)  - with details as follows :

 

The Job :

• Report to Office Manager & Management Team
  
• Job summary : (1) provide daily office administrative support and (2) support to the management team
  
• Support office daily operations & events
• Coordinate with contractors for office facilities maintenance & repairs
  
• Travel arrangement
  
• Meetings scheduling
  
• Purchase & monitor office supplies
  
• Handle correspondence in and out
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties
  
• Coordinate, prepare, consolidate and compile documents & reports
• Update Company database
  
• Degree holder
  
• Over 3-4 year administrative support in any industries
  
• Experience in engineering consulting / technical or professional firm / building / construction sector is a plus
  
• Proficient in English & Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
• No trips is required
  
• 5 days work
• Annual leave : 12 days
