Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the development and architecture design of the advertising platform, planning and product development and delivery of landing advertising, to achieve technological innovation and growth of business indicators
2. Establish a new generation of advertising system, and be familiar with LLM, automatic targeting/bidding , the application of creative ecology/AIGC and other scenarios in advertising
3. Responsible for formulating technical solutions and solving technical problems, establishing a highly available distributed system to better support business development and the implementation of scenarios
4. Lead and train the team, improve team research efficiency, and create a good team atmosphere.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of development experience in the Internet industry, and team management experience of 7+ people
2. In-depth advertising product system, with business and product thinking , able to go deep into business, support the implementation of products and business scenarios have in-depth understanding of creative products
3. In-depth delivery platform architecture, familiar with front-end, GO language, proficient in big data analysis have experience in creative content quality assessment and construction Priority will be given to candidates
4. Be proactive, self-motivated, optimistic, have a strong sense of responsibility, work conscientiously and meticulously, have good service awareness, and have good cross-team communication and collaboration skills.
