AI Operations Manager

Responsibilities

1. Understand the products and strategies of competitors, conduct in-depth research on AIGC new technologies and applications, and apply and innovate in combination with current technologies 2. Based on market research, work with the model team to plan and design innovative/AIGC model advantages and directions 3. Be responsible for the application and implementation of AIGC in the design and film and television fields, understand the model capability boundaries, and have innovative ideas 4. Coordinate and communicate across departments during the promotion process, and be able to coordinate various resources to ensure the smooth launch of the product and obtain feedback 5. Manage the progress of product development projects to ensure on-time delivery 6. Be responsible for the demand planning of data elements required for large model construction, and formulate data standards and evaluation plans required for the three major models.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, design field, artificial intelligence related and other science and engineering background 2. Have a keen insight into the latest technology of AI painting and efficient learning ability, and be proficient in using AIGC cultural and graphic models such as MidJourney, Dall-E, ComfyUI/Stable Diffusion WebUI and have a certain technical understanding 3. Have unique insights into innovative products, and be able to actively discover internal R&D scenario plans and transform them into product needs 4. Have the following experience and enthusiasts are preferred: - Self-media blogger, cultural art/digital art content direction, with content update, topic planning, script creation, shooting, illustration and other work experience - Love digital, like photography/videography, and hang out in the photography area all year round. Have a good grasp of lens language, color and composition, be sensitive to color, and have a graphic foundation - Love fashion design, have work experience in fashion sports, international cosmetics, fashion brands, etc., understand fashion trends, and have a good sense of color 5. English can be used as a working language, and those with overseas study background are preferred.
