Assistant Building Engineer - Hiring Immediately

Your Role
The successful candidate will assist in the execution and management of preventive and corrective maintenance work of the building fabric/structure and plumbing & draining system.

• Handling minor fit-out works, attending emergency call out service around the clock
• Fault investigation, tendering process, feasibility studies, specification & reports preparation
• Site work progress monitoring, formulate maintenance plan, end user liaison and supervision of contractor as well as in-house technicians.

To Succeed in the Role

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Surveying, Building Studies, Building Technology, Construction Management, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years practical experience in repairs and maintenance in facilities management or property management
• Able to manage day-to-day operations & maintenance, MWIS, MBIS works independently
• Monitor and coordinate works carried out by contractors
• Self-motivated with strong communication and problem solving skills
• Customer services oriented
• Proficiency in written/spoken English and Chinese, particularly in incident report writing
