About the Client:
My client, is a renowned client-side company which focusing on construction development in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for an experience Assistant Director - Construction innovation for upgrading the construction technology among the group.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Implement, review and setting new construction innovation method among the group to make sure construction project efficiency on time cost, safety, budget and manpower.
• Explore opportunities to improve construction site safety, productivity, quality, and operations through new construction technology advancements.
• Lead review processes and suggest improvements in project management through digital way or any other new technology.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree qualified in engineering Civil/ Structure/ Construction Management or other construction related disciplines, preferably with relevant professional qualification such as MHKIA, MHKIE, MHKIS, etc.
• 15 years + working experience in the construction field, with strong construction projects track record.
• Enthusiasm on new technology for construction industry
• Experience of working in a similar matrix reporting organization
• Good English communication and written skill
