Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• As the Assistant Project Manager in the Digital Transformation Team, you will be involved with the latest Digital technology projects (e.g. ERP, GenAI, Cloud solution, IoT, Data Science, Mobile App, Digital platform, etc…);
• Lead review processes and suggest improvements in project management through business-driven digital ways of working;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure a thorough understanding of requirements and their business impact;
• Recognize and manage the digital construction ecosystem;
• Vendor management for project delivery;
• Working across different business and technology units;
• Assist the manager with daily operational and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines;
• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in IT Business Consultant or IT Project Management, or in a similar role;
• Digital knowledge: IoT, AI, Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), ERP (D365, SAP), Mobile App, Digital Twin, etc…;
• Sound knowledge of Agile or DevOps methodologies, including Scrum, is preferred;
• Problem-solving skill, multi-tasking skill, analytical skill, good communication and good time management;
• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, analytical skills, organization & communication skills, shall be a good team player;
• Work independently, and good problem-solving skills;
• Strong in project /programme management, solid practices with relevant methodologies in digital/ICT projects would be an advantage;
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 or Scrum Master or DevOps would be an advantage.
