Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager

Duties:

• Assist the manager to oversee the building project in planning, detailed design and construction stage;
• Manage and monitor the designs delivered by the consultants in term of structural adequacy, buildability and cost effectiveness;
• Monitor the construction progress and coordinate with the contractor and consultant to resolve site difficulties;
• Liaise with the consultants, contractor and government authorities;
• Accomplish any ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor. 

 

Requirements:

• Degree in Structural Engineering or related disciplines;
• 5-7 years’ consultant and project management experiences. Site experience is an advantage;
• Member of professional institution (e.g. MIStructE, MICE, MHKIE, etc.) with at least two-year post qualification experiences;
• Experience in high-end residential projects preferred;
• Conversant with local government regulations; 
• Self-motivated and a team player with good leadership and communication skills;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and mandarin)
• Candidates with less qualification will also be considered for other post.
