Assistant Property Officer

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration and supervision of contractors for properties managed by the Corporation
• Co-ordinate with the management office team and technical team to provide efficient maintenance services
• Handle contract administration and assist project management with contractors and services providers
• Organise site construction activities, and attend the site project meeting with other parties

Requirements

• Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent, including English and Chinese Languages
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably gained in property management
• Strong interpersonal skill with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in various software applications, such as word processing and Microsoft Office
• Experience in managing commercial buildings is an advantage

  Remarks

• The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
