Key elements of the job:

• Responsible for assessing potential deals and providing Pre-IPO advisory services to offshore entities listed on US NASDAQ
• Work closely with HK & US teams on all aspects of the process, from pre-IPO diagnosis/ planning and reorganizations, incorporation and structuring of listing vehicles, preparation of offering documents to exchange and underwriter opinions.
• Prepare IPO eligibility assessment report, feasibility, listing obstacle and requirement reports
• Develop IPO strategy and action plan to fill the gaps
• Assisting in preparation of financial analysis, research, due diligence, listing documents, announcements and circulars
• Assist the US team on executing the IPO process and work closely with different key stakeholders such as lawyers, valuers, printers, banker

The ideal candidate:

• University graduate in Business Administration, Finance or other disciplines
• 10 years’ working experience in financial institutions
• Experience in IPO advisory for US market will be an advantage
• knowledge of rules and regulations in HK, China and US market
• High integrity, proactive with inspiration, good teamwork and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and under pressure
• Excellent command of written and spoken Putonghua and English
• Good connection in China for business development
• Potential candidates with IANG or Working Visa are welcome
