Responsibilities

Responsible for the service-side development of ByteDance's pre-investment and post-investment support systems for commercial monetization, and build a management system for the entire customer structure and the entire process 2. Responsible for high-quality solution design and code implementation, and undertake high-quality and difficult technical breakthroughs 3. Continuously improve technical issues such as service stability and performance to enhance user experience 4. Participate in product demand discussions, technical planning and implementation, collaborate efficiently with product managers, and deliver on time and with quality.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science, software engineering and other related majors, with solid basic knowledge 2. Familiar with object-oriented design and development, have a high pursuit of code, and be familiar with at least one programming language among Java/Go/C++/Python 3. Familiar with the challenges and solutions of distributed systems, and master the use and principles of common middleware 4. Strong learning ability, good self-motivation, and the ability to solve problems independently 5. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication, collaboration and project promotion capabilities 6. Candidates with experience in enterprise application development such as CRM/ERP/WMS/HCM are preferred 7. Candidates familiar with rule engines, workflows, and low-code developers are preferred.
