Backend Policy Security Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

1. By analyzing traffic/front-end Data, mine malicious behaviors in massive data, analyze motivations and formulate combat strategies, and transform them into business-recognized values
2. Responsible for the implementation of security policy engineering and ensure the effectiveness of online strategies
3. Follow up on the industry's cutting-edge security countermeasures technology and implement it based on business needs.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of account security related experience, systematic risk control response capabilities, good at discovering and characterizing risks through data, and formulating defense solutions
2. Responsible for data analysis, risk labeling, model construction and solution work related to backend policy security, and be able to implement it
3. Have operational awareness, strong execution and solid data capabilities , able to sort out and solve problems systematically. Result-oriented, with high work initiative, strong self-driving force, and strong ability to withstand pressure
4. Strong cross-team communication skills, quick thinking, ability to achieve results, and good adaptability will be preferred.
