Forida Limited has been engaged in Building Information Modelling (BIM) consultancy project since 2005. We work with technology partners from around the world like Autodesk Inc., Solibri Inc. and Archibus Inc., as well as local talents and experts to provide best-in-class spatial information solution to Governments, Developers, Architects and Consulting Engineers.

Services we provide include Building Information Modelling, Providing Spatial Information for Facilities Management, Devising BIM Standard, Mentorship in BIM implementation as well as BIM System Customization and Development. We also provide training on the use of the products, hardware and software systems support, software customization and application consultancy.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS

• Higher Diploma or above in related disciplines
• 1 year or above relevant BIM or construction experience
• 5-day work week, 5 mins to MTR

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for creating, amending and maintaining BIM models for different disciplines
• Produce drawings, schedule, clash analysis and animation
• Prepare BIM Issue Report, Progress Report and BIM related documents
• Ensure all the deliverables are issued on time
• Interpret and create BIM Model from multi-discipline engineering drawings

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Higher Diploma or above in Architecture / Construction Management / Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• 1 year or above relevant BIM or construction experience
• Experience with BIM Software
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Less experience will be considered as BIM Trainee
• Fresh graduate are welcome
