Business Strategist

The role will be working in team as an independent contributor, utilising data to help identify opportunities for business growth in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis on industry and market trends, forming macro to micro strategies, core competencies, product features and experiences, users, marketing, etc.
• Assist in formulating clear and rational strategic planning to ensure effective communication of strategies.
• Set KPIs and scorecards to monitor business results, provide business development advice, and assist in implementation
• Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams, continuously improve the construction of underlying data assets, refine data product requirements, and promote the implementation of data asset construction and data product iteration

Requirements

• Good business intellligence or business strategy experience
• Good at data analysis especially in the Financial Services
• Bachelor's degree or above in data science, mathematics, statistics, computer science will be a strong plus
• Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin as working languages
• Proficient in SQL, Python, PPT, SAS, R, Python, PowerBI, Tableau) and other data tools and skills.
