1. Diantao front-end innovative products and original interactive gameplay , iterative development of core products for scenarios such as user growth and content consumption. 2. Diantao's front-end architecture upgrade, R&D efficiency improvement, performance optimization, stability guarantee, and continuous experience optimization support business growth. ,1. More than 1 year of front-end related work experience, leading or independently responsible for the design of the overall front-end or core modules of products of a certain scale. 2. Proficient in using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and other front-end technologies, mastering and related network protocols, and proficient in front-end development processes. 3. Be familiar with modularization, front-end compilation and construction tools, and have an in-depth understanding of their design principles, such as ReactJS, Vue, Webpack, etc. have optimization experience in front-end experience, performance, usability, etc. 4. Have strong business understanding ability, have good business domain modeling and design capabilities, be able to better abstract business needs, have independent insights into complex problems, and be good at seeking resources to solve problems. 5. Have good data thinking, and have the ability and experience to discover, evaluate and solve problems through data. 6. Have a high understanding and application practice of coding standards, code quality, and performance optimization. 7. Continuous learning, good at communication and sharing, optimistic and easy-going, team spirit. 8. Applicants with experience in C-side user growth & interactive product development, and experience in projects related to web 3D (WebGL) technology will be given priority. 9. Applicants with experience in project development and principle exploration related to mainstream cross-end technology and small program technology will be given priority. 10. Priority will be given to those who have experience in one or more related online products such as andorid, ios, node, or non-front-end development languages and have actually completed projects.
