1. Responsible for the product operation of 1688 cross-border business in the Japan and South Korea markets. According to the needs of overseas ecological buyers, build a product operation system for the Japan and South Korea ecological supply and improve supply efficiency, including full-link operation from product specifications, country-specific pallet planning and sorting, planning to sourcing, explosion, supply chain fulfillment quality, etc. 2. Responsible for the integrated operation and system construction of the Japanese and Korean factory line supply chain of 1688's cross-border business, integrating high-quality factory product systems with experience in exporting to Japan and South Korea, combining according to customer needs and continuously promoting the accuracy of pallets and transaction conversion rates. 3. Formulate customized pallets for Japanese and Korean KA merchants, customize the goods according to the product specifications, supply chain fulfillment requirements, price and other requirements of major customers, output pallets that meet the requirements of major customers, and be responsible for the commodity power of the pallets. 4. Grasp the key factors for buyers who are mainly B and supplemented by C in making decisions when customizing products, and explore effective strategies for users in both tracks. 5. Design and coordinate products to jointly create digital supply chain product solutions that meet the merchant's usage scenarios based on market merchant needs and transaction attributes, and continuously optimize and promote the transaction penetration rate of digital supply chain solutions in overseas cooperative merchants. 6. Able to source, compare prices, confirm product specifications and negotiate prices for certain explosive products and needs according to business requirements, follow up on the purchase and fulfillment of orders, and be responsible for the results. ,1. More than 3 years of experience in platform product operation, with cross-border e-commerce platform industry operation, B2B vertical platform operation, familiar with industrial belts and factory resources, and experience in related B-type merchant operation is preferred, and have a deeper understanding of cross-border e-commerce consumer goods related industries. 2. Have a certain degree of product thinking and data sensitivity, have business thinking, have experience in self-operated e-commerce platform category operation, or have operated the product system design and operation of large e-commerce platforms, and are proficient in product operation and procurement strategy analysis. 3. Those with good communication skills and PM management experience are preferred, and they need to have strong teamwork ability, positive work attitude, and strong stress resistance. 4. Proficient in B-type merchant supplier management and operation system, and those with cross-border trade B2B project management experience are preferred.
