Responsibilities
1. Plan the overall framework of UGC games and supporting editors, design core gameplay, numerical framework, main systems and key modules of editors 2. Analyze the target market and user needs, determine the direction of game design, and control the planning and design plan 3. Track the developer ecosystem, explore the product needs and business improvement points of the editor, and promote user content creation 4. Responsible for the process construction, work arrangement, communication and coordination, guidance and training, and performance appraisal of the planning team 5. Coordinate the development work of planning, programming, art, AI, QA and other departments to drive the achievement of goals.
Qualifications
1. More than 3 years of game planning experience, at least 1 game main planning experience, rich game experience, familiar with Roblox, Minecraft, Party Animals, Fall Guys, Egg Party and other games are preferred 2. Proficient in game development workflow, clear design orientation, can analyze problems from multiple angles, and have a certain understanding of programming and art work 3. Have a strong sense of responsibility, full initiative and good team management ability, and can actively promote the progress of the project.
