Job Description - Clerk of Works - Urgent Hire

As one of the active property developers in Hong Kong, KWIH has approximately 10,000 residential units under its current Hong Kong development portfolio. With strong experience in developing projects involve lands from the government as well as participating in MTR property development and Urban Renewal Authority projects, we will continue to deliver premium projects built to an uncompromising standard of quality and innovation.

To cope with our on-going business expansion, we are looking for high calibre professionals to join our energetic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the project team and act as the site representative of the developer to perform site supervisory duties
  • Site supervision including, but not limited to, inspection in details, checking of setting out, structural works, builder works, fitting out works, report concisely, interpret clearly and record completely
  • Coordinate and liaise with consultants and contractors for execution of the construction work
  • Monitor work progress and site safety in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building / Building studies or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Construction field
  • Previous working experience in large scale residential projects for developer will be an advantage
  • Familiar with Building Regulations and well versed in coordination of services and construction details
  • Self-disciplined and able to work independently
  • Well organized and able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD, MS word, Excel and Project
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Clerk of Works
