Job Description - Combat planning for our own major IP projects

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the skill design and gameplay design of monsters in the game
2. Design the behavior of monsters in combat and non-combat and their interaction with characters and maps
3. Responsible for making monsters, coordinating with art, programming, and accepting the landing content of monsters, and optimizing and adjusting the design and experience according to the expected experience and feedback
4. Participate in product-related design and optimization work, design and optimize combat and AI-related editors, and improve the workflow.

Qualifications

1. Love construction and Pokémon games, and have rich game experience
2. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of 3D game development experience or related experience
3. Experience in using Unreal, Unity (or other 3D game editors) to produce related content is preferred
4. Have good team spirit, strong communication skills, and strong ability to withstand pressure.
