Team introduction: The Ads Dev Infra team is responsible for the capabilities and product construction of ByteDance's commercial R&D efficiency, quality and efficiency. The job responsibilities of the Ads Dev Infra team include: based on ByteDance's commercialized products and technical capabilities, design and develop performance platforms and quality performance platforms from a business middle-end perspective to optimize business abstraction and architecture design, and improve product iteration performance and maintainability performance, R&D delivery efficiency and quality, and support the long-term sustainable development of commercial business gain insight into the direction of product technology iteration and R&D processes, sort out and summarize the functions and strategies accumulated in commercial business, design and improve the corresponding business platform, and enhance the strategic Transparency and maintainability. 1. Participate in the planning and construction of ByteDance's commercial business quality system 2. Participate in tool/platform product design and promotion, horizontally empower business quality assurance, and improve business online risk interception capabilities 3. Participate in the development of performance tools and Basic platform construction, including but not limited to automation platform construction, performance platform construction, client special development, etc. 4. Participate in research and introduction of industry-leading server and client testing technologies and methods, and improve the construction of quality system.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, computer, software engineering and other related majors 2. Have 3 years or more of automation framework development and monitoring Special development experience in governance, quality platform development, etc. 3. Proficient in one or more languages such as Python/Golang/Java/OC 4. Have experience in commercialization and financial quality assurance, and be able to continue to pay attention to domestic and foreign quality technologies. 5.
