CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description :

Responsibilities:

• Executes the Company development plan to meet the project deadlines for new store and reimaging.
• Communicates to all parties involved the corporate policies and procedures and ensures these are implemented and complied with at all times.
• Ensures quality control standards for construction are upheld throughout the process (e.g., cost, timelines and conformity to specifications).
• Monitors and controls the development and licensing process and monitor investment cost and close up final account by coordinating the efforts of others (e.g., contractor, attorneys, consultants, government agencies)
• Supervises and directs the construction team to complete departmental andpersonal goals.
• Works with outside consultants to assist them in the development of their teams to ensure they meet with McDonalds standards.
• Evaluates contractors and consultants performance and gives regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Preparing on cost analysis, cost estimation and managing departmental budget.
• Handle & provide professional advice to Operation's queries / request related to construction matters.

Requirements:

• Be a degree holder in Engineering, Building Technology or Construction Management or Quantity Surveyor.
• Possess at least 7 years' relevant experience in which at least 3 years are in a supervisory level.
• Self-motivated, strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for as senior role.
