Executes the Company development plan to meet the project deadlines for new store and reimaging.
Communicates to all parties involved the corporate policies and procedures and ensures these are implemented and complied with at all times.
Ensures quality control standards for construction are upheld throughout the process (e.g., cost, timelines and conformity to specifications).
Monitors and controls the development and licensing process and monitor investment cost and close up final account by coordinating the efforts of others (e.g., contractor, attorneys, consultants, government agencies)
Supervises and directs the construction team to complete departmental and personal goals.
Works with outside consultants to assist them in the development of their teams to ensure they meet with McDonalds standards.
Evaluates contractors and consultants performance and gives regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Preparing on cost analysis, cost estimation and managing departmental budget.
Handle & provide professional advice to Operation’s queries / request related to construction matters.
Be a degree holder in Engineering, Building Technology or Construction Management or Quantity Surveyor.
Possess at least 7 years’ relevant experience in which at least 3 years are in a supervisory level.
Self-motivated, strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese.
Candidate with more experience will be considered for as senior role.
