Responsibilities

1. Responsible for new and Evaluate the design and technical solutions for the renovation of the data center architecture, and prepare architectural design plans and preliminary designs based on the park planning plan and data center process and equipment requirements 2. Responsible for internal and external design management of the architecture and decoration profession, and prepare professional design technical requirements, Review drawings, prepare or review lists and technical specifications 3. Responsible for professional design and technical support during the project construction process, review design changes and project negotiations, be responsible for or participate in various projects and product samples related to construction and decoration at all stages of the project Acceptance 4. Responsible for cooperating with GR, planning, etc. in the preparation or management of approval and review documents during the project implementation process, and conducting professional and systematic cost analysis and program optimization in conjunction with costs 5. Responsible for cooperating with the design and technical needs of the park and operation and maintenance during the project operation phase, Responsible for technical review with the operation team and updating design technical requirements 6. Responsible for the preparation of internal and external management procedures for optimizing technical design work such as design technical standards, drawing review specifications, technical and drawing expression depth specifications for the construction and decoration profession 7 , Responsible for the innovation and iteration of design technology in the construction and decoration professions.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in architecture 2. National first-class registered construction engineer 3. Those with a top-level design institute Work experience, design institutes with data centers as the main type are preferred, and experience in IDC or Internet companies 4. Have more than 5 years of experience in construction engineering design and design management, and have more than 5 projects of data center design experience, in the design Served as a professional leader or design project leader 5. Be familiar with the relevant national design specifications, industry technical requirements, and local design specifications for the design and construction of common civil and industrial buildings be familiar with the professional specifications (including domestic and foreign) related to data centers. Should be proficient. Be familiar with the cooperation process of each major in the project design process, and be able to coordinate the design and implementation of each major as the project leader 6. Be proficient in the common construction techniques of this major in data centers and the market conditions of core materials and processes, and be able to cooperate with engineering and procurement costs Wait for relevant departments to provide design support 7.
