Responsibilities
1. Responsible for Feishu's research and analysis of the consumer goods industry, integrating internal and external resources, building the overall competitiveness of the industry, and providing high-quality solution outputs 2. Provide industry-oriented professional consulting capabilities, have call high experience, provide industry integrated solutions, and have successful experience in operating industry customers 3. Be responsible for connecting with customer needs and participate in in-depth communication with the product team, and be responsible for the smooth implementation of customer-side solutions 4. Based on the industry benchmark customer scenarios, produce replicable customer success cases and industry best practices, and focus on the successful delivery and continuous service of strategic customers.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, MBA background is preferred, familiar with relevant information products such as SaaS/collaboration/security/cloud computing/big data 2. Familiar with the value chain, industry trends, customer pain points, IT system and digital construction trends, process digital transformation practices, management, and organizational construction of the consumer goods industry 3. Experience in large-scale project management and control such as bidding, privatization deployment, security and compliance is preferred 4. Experience in establishing high-level customer relationships and excellent internal and external communication and coordination skills 5. Have a certain degree of data sensitivity and industry analysis ability, and can independently produce industry analysis and strategic insights 6. Have strong logical thinking ability, can independently produce industry solutions, and complete the explanation.
