Roles & Responsibilities
1. Mainly responsible for the creative planning of the CrossFire series of game products, and provide professional support and judgment on brand marketing strategies from a creative perspective
2. Provide professional and constructive judgment and suggestions on various creative ideas and materials in brand marketing campaigns and IP creation
3. Participate in the planning and control of creativity, art, and event processes of large-scale brand events such as anniversary celebrations, TGC, press conferences, pre-release, e-sports events, etc.
Qualifications
1. Unique aesthetics, good aesthetic literacy, and high appreciation of visual design
2. Players who love games and have unique insights and experience views on FPS games
3. Unique imagination, deep understanding and influence on a certain game or a certain cultural field, good at providing new perspectives and views on life and things
4. Rigorous logic, good at grasping the key to the problem in complex information, finding insight concepts and outputting creative strategies
5. Solid professional, in-depth understanding of the cost structure and business processes of the advertising industry, and good communication and expression skills, able to collaborate with internal and external teams to efficiently guide the project process
6. More than 5 years of work experience in the advertising industry or the game industry.
