Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the technical direction planning and key technology breakthroughs of large language models and multi-modal large language models based on industry data
2. Research directions include but are not limited to: efficient large models Architecture, multi-modal learning, reinforcement learning alignment, data set construction, etc.
3. With the goal of industry leadership, build industry large model technology and promote the business end (including but not limited to industrial multi-modal content understanding, Text and multi-modal search Q&A, digital human voice interaction, etc.) implementation
Research direction: large model development/large model optimization

Qualifications

1. Natural language Understand and have more than 3 years of research and practical experience in related fields in the computer field
2. Proficient in network architectures such as BERT/GPT/transorformer, and have an in-depth understanding of ChatGPT, GPT4, Gemini and other models
3. Excellent large model research capabilities, with papers published in top conferences and journals in ICLR, NeurIPS, ACL, EMNLP and other fields
4. Excellent collaboration capabilities, able to collaborate with platform, data and other teams to complete systematic work, excellent Ability to plan directions and promote execution
5. Applicants should be freshly graduated or have graduated about 3 years ago and are willing to be a postdoctoral fellow.
