Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the design and construction of data products for brands, merchants, and experts, and building an indicator system, evaluation standards, problem diagnosis capabilities, and intelligent decision-making capabilities for business scenarios 2. Responsible for promoting the planning and design of data product projects , product prototype, project management & promotion, effect acceptance and other entire processes 3. Mining customer data analysis needs, precipitating business data analysis scenarios, supporting and empowering customers to use data to make decisions 4. Do a good job in cross-team collaborative communication, and work with Business demand parties, analysts, development, operations and other teams work closely together to collaboratively promote the output of data product capabilities.
Qualifications
1. Strong logical thinking ability, able to systematically design data products for business scenarios, and able to help businesses scientifically through the design of data products decision-making and reduce operating costs 2. Have good communication and coordination skills, strong learning ability, and be able to promote project implementation across departments 3. Strong data sensitivity, proficient in using SQL, and able to continuously optimize product capabilities and improve through digital operations Product usage penetration rate in merchants and effectiveness of diagnostic recommendations 4. Priority will be given to those with experience in e-commerce/advertising/local data product design.
