Responsibilities

1. Contribute to the project as a data scientist, understand the prediction requirements of the chemical/biological properties of small molecules, and use the data set to complete the training preparation of the specific model 2. Complete the internal data system and The preprocessing tasks of public literature datasets (preparation for AI model construction: data cleaning, data mining, simple modeling), assist algorithm students to build and evaluate models, and assist engineering students to build automated pipelines 3. Use Calculation, bioinformatics, statistical methods and related scientific software, complete the analysis work in project design, and explore data-driven research and development models.

Qualifications

1. Chemiinformatics, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, Biomedical related fields Master degree or above, 0-3 years of working experience 2. Have relevant scientific research or work experience, including but not limited to: solve data mining, data visualization, molecular structure clustering, chemical space analysis, sequence information analysis, feature engineering and other problems through informatics methods 3. Familiar with the programming language Python or R, and have a complete programming development project 4. Strong self-motivated and careful enough, excellent learning ability, adapt to cooperate with interdisciplinary students, and have strong communication skills 5. Have experience Cloud computing/API development/database (oracle, mysql, postgresql) technical experience is preferred 6. Experience in multi-omics data analysis is preferred.
