Job Responsibilities

• Reporting to and working with the Digital and Ecommerce Marketing Executive to help achieve an established online presence and awareness of JEB Group’s businesses, brands and services
• Work closely with the Head office marketing department to develop digital company branding and creative campaigns to achieve short, and long-term business goals and generate leads and awareness
• Responsible for online content creation and ensuring all external communications are consistent, accurate and well-constructed inclusive of brochures, videos, posts, reels and ads
• Ensure copywriting adheres to the brand ‘tone of voice’ guidelines, for a variety of uses across all marketing channels.
• Plan, design and execute online sales & marketing activities to include:  social media, product promotions, new product launches, events, newsletters, brochures and marketing emails.
• Build campaign workflows & automated campaigns with all associated assets such as email templates, surveys, landing pages and forms.
• Handle any ad-hoc projects and assist with events and workshops

Requirements

• Fluency in English is a must, Cantonese & Mandarin – written/spoken.
• At least 3 years’ marketing or online digital experience.
• Passion for brand storytelling and content creation.
• Experience in copy/creative writing – Written English must be of a high standard.
• Strong mix of creative and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent soft skills with a team player attitude.
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to suggest improvements and embrace change
• Detail oriented, organized and managing multiple, complex tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to thrive in an international environment, with multiple language and time zones.   
• Set, communicate, and maintain timelines, budget and priorities on every project.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva preferred
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and email marketing tools preferred 
• Website and ecommerce experience a plus
